இந்தியாவிற்கு இலங்கை இனக் கொலையில் பங்குண்டு என்கின்றனர் இரு விற்பன்னர்கள்.

2008 செப்டம்பரில் இருந்து 2009 மே மாதம் வரை இலங்கையின் தமிழர்களுக்கு எதிரான இறுதிப் போரில் இழைக்கப்பட்ட போர்க்குற்றங்களில் இந்தியாவிற்கும் பங்கு உண்டு என்று இருவர் அடித்துச் சொல்லியுள்ளனர் இலங்கைப் பிரச்சனை பற்றி நன்கறிந்த இரு வல்லுனர்கள்.

சாம் ராயப்பா என்னும் பத்திரிகையாளர் ஸ்ரேட்ஸ்மன் பத்திரிகையிலும் எம் ஜீ தேவசகாயம் என்னும் முன்னாள் இந்திய நிர்வாக சேவை(I.A.S) அதிகாரி த வீக்கெண்ட் லீடரிலும் இந்தக் குற்றச்சாட்டை இந்தியாவிற்கு எதிராக முன்வைக்கின்றனர்.

சாம் ராயப்பா இந்தியா இலங்கைக் கொலைக் களத்தில் (India In The "Killing Fields Of Sri Lanka") என்ற தலைப்பிலும் எம் ஜீ தேவசகாயம் இலங்கைக் கொலைக் களத்தில் மறைந்திருக்கும் கை வெளிப்பட்டுள்ளது: அது இந்தியா (The ‘hidden hand’ in the ‘Killing Fields of Sri Lanka’ exposed: It’s India) என்னும் தலைப்பிலும் இந்தியாவின் போர்க்குற்றம் பற்றி எழுதியுள்ளார்கள். இவை நாம் அனைவரும் நன்கறிந்த உண்மைகள்தான் ஆனாலும் இருவர் பகிரங்கமாக இந்தக் குற்றச் சாட்டை சோனியாவின் காங்கிரசின் ஆட்சிக்கு எதிராகச் சுமத்தியுள்ளனர். இவர்கள் இருவரையும் இப்படி எழுதவைத்தது சனல்-4இன் காணொளிப்பதிவுகளே. வெவ்வேறு தலைப்பில் இருவரும் ஒன்றையே எழுதியுள்ளனர். சில வசனங்கள் பிரதி பண்ணியவை போல் இருக்கின்றன.

சனல்-4இன் காணொளி போலியானது என்று இலங்கை அரசு பிரச்சாரம் செய்கின்றது. ஆனால் எம் ஜீ தேவசகாயம் "The authenticity of the footage has been confirmed by a forensic pathologist, forensic video analyst, firearms evidence expert and a forensic video expert of international repute and the images are horrific." என்கிறார். அவர் மேலும் சனல்-4 காணொளிப் பதிவைப் பார்த்து  உலகமே ஆத்திரப்படுகையில் இந்தியா மௌனமாக இருக்கிறது என்கிறார்.

இந்தியாவிலிருந்து இலங்கை செல்லும் ஆயுதங்களைத் தடுக்கும் தமிழின உணர்வாளர்கள்.

ராஜபக்சவிற்கு "ஊட்டுவதற்காக" இலங்கைத் தமிழர்களுக்கு இந்தியா துரோகம் இழைத்தது என்கிறார் சாம் ராயப்பா. மேலும் ராயப்பா இந்தியா படை, ஆயுதங்கள், ஊக்கம் போன்றவற்றை சிங்களவர்களுக்கு வழங்கிக் கொண்டிருக்க்கையில் திமுக பேசாமல் சொத்துக் குவித்துக் கொண்டிருந்தது என்கிறார்.

நால்வர் குழு
எம் ஜீ தேவசகாயமும் சாம் ராயப்பாவும் 2007-ம் ஆண்டு இலங்கைப் பிரச்சனை தொடர்பாக அமைக்கப் பட்ட நால்வர் குழுவில் உறுப்பினராக இருந்தனர். அதைப்பற்றி சாம் எழுதியது: After much persuasion by Colombo, a small four-member group comprising MG Devasahayam, a former IAS officer and close associate of Jayaprakash Narayan and Mother Teresa as convenor, SP Ambrose, retired IAS officer who was home secretary of Tamil Nadu and Secretary to Government of India, a senior journalist working for a national daily, and a military veteran well versed in Sri Lankan affairs was formed and held its preliminary meeting in Chennai on 10 May 2007, with Sunimal Fernando, adviser to President Rajapaksa, participating. இந்த நால்வர் குழு மஹிந்த ராஜபக்சவின் ஆலோசகர்களுடன் தொடர் பேச்சு வார்த்தைகளில் ஈடுபட்டனர். மஹிந்த ராஜபக்ச இருதரப்பும் ஒத்துக் கொள்ளக் கூடிய ஒரு தீர்வால் மட்டுமே பிரச்சனையைத் தீர்க்க முடியும் என்று நம்பினார். இருதரப்பும் ஒருமனதாக அரசியல் தீர்வையே ஒரே தீர்வாக ஏற்றுக் கொண்டன. It was unanimously agreed that a mutually acceptable political package was the only lasting solution to the ethnic crisis. 25-03-2008இல் ஒரு இறுதி உடனபாடு நால்வர் குழுவாலும் மஹிந்த ராஜபக்ச தரப்பாலும் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்பட்டது. இவர்களின் முடிவை தேவசகாயம் டில்லிக்குக் கடித மூலம் தெரிவித்திருந்தார். டில்லி அதை ஏற்றுக் கொண்டு அதற்கு இணங்க செயற்பட்டு இலங்கைக்குத் தேவையான அழுத்தங்களைக் கொடுத்திருந்தால் இலங்கையில் அழிவைத் தவிர்த்திருக்கலாம் என்கின்றனர் எம் ஜீ தேவசகாயமும் சாம் ராயப்பாவும்.

மேற்படி நால்வர் குழுவுடன் மஹிந்த ராஜபக்ச பேச்சு வார்த்தையில் ஈடுபட்டமை டில்லியில் தென் மண்டல தமிழின விரோதிகளுக்குப் பிடிக்கவில்லை. அதிகாரமளிக்கப் படாதவர்களுடன் இலங்கை அரசு பேச்சு வார்த்தை நடாத்துகிறது என்று இலங்கையைத் கண்டித்தது டில்லி என்கின்றனர் எம் ஜீ தேவசகாயமும் சாம் ராயப்பாவும். அதன் பின்னர் மஹிந்த ராஜபக்சவின் அரசின் மனதை மாற்றி தனி இராணுவத் தீர்விற்கு இந்தியாவே இட்டுச் சென்றது என்கின்றனர் இருவரும்.

ராயப்பா: The then national security adviser MK Narayanan, foreign secretary Shivshankar Menon and the clique controlling the Prime Minister’s Office put Sonia Gandhi’s interest above national interest and actively assisted the brutal Sri Lankan genocide that could be seen in the Channel 4 documentary thus creating the quagmire Sri Lanka finds itself in. This is evident from the fact that while the whole world is seething at what they saw in the documentary, the government of India is deafeningly silent. சிவ் சங்கரமேனனும் எம் கே நாராயணனும் மற்றும் அவர்களது கூட்டமும் தேச நலனிற்கு மேலாக சோனியாவின் விருப்பத்தைக் கருத்தில் கொண்டு இலங்கை இனக்கொலைக்குத் துணை புரிந்தனர். இங்கு இனக்கொலை என்ற பதத்தை துணிந்து பாவித்துள்ளார் ராயப்பா.

தேவசகாயம்:Had New Delhi taken cognizance of this initiative and acted in concert by putting some pressure on President Rajapaksa, the issue would have been resolved and Tamils would now be living in the island with honour and dignity. But instead, pursuing somebody’s personal agenda of ‘Sicilian Revenge’, New Delhi minions with a well-synchronised Network in Colombo, New York and Geneva, actively assisted the brutal Sri Lankan genocide. No wonder, Delhi is deafeningly silent today on Sri Lanka’s excesses. தேவசகாயம் சோனியாவின் பெயரை நேரடியாகக் குறிப்பிடாமல் சிசிலியன்(சோனியா காந்தியின் ஊர்) பழி வாங்கல் என்கிறார்.

முடிவுரைகள் - டில்லி தப்ப முடியாது
தேவசகாயம்: Time is not far when Rajapaksa & Co is hauled up before the International Court of Justice for war crimes and genocide. In the event, New Delhi minions cannot escape responsibility for this inhuman horror. The bell is tolling! ராஜபக்சவினர் பன்னாட்டு நீதி மன்றில் இனக்கொலைக்குத் தண்டிக்கப்படும் காலம் தொலைவில் இல்லை. அப்போது டில்லிக் கைத்தடிகளும் இந்த மனிதாபிமானமற்ற பயங்கரத்திற்குப் பொறுப்பானவர்களாவதிலிருந்து தப்ப முடியாது. இதையே ராயப்பா வேறு வார்த்தைகளில் சொல்கிறார்: There is every possibility of Rajapaksa and company being hauled up before the International Court of Justice at The Hague to stand trial for war crimes and genocide. In the event, New Delhi cannot escape responsibility for this horrendous brutality. The bell is tolling. இருவரினதும் கடைசி வனங்கள் ஒன்றே.
