ஓம் என்னும் மந்திரத்தை உச்சரித்து தியானம் செய்வதன் மூலம் உச்சக் கட்ட இன்பத்தை பெறலாம என அமெரிக்க நடிகை கரென் லோர் தெரிவித்துள்ளார். இதனால் ஆண்களால் திருப்தியடைந்தவராக தான் மாறியுள்ளாராம்.

இந்தத் தியானத்தை அவர் உச்ச உறவின்பத் தியானம் (Orgasmic meditation) எனக் குறிப்பிடுகிறார்.சுருக்கமாக இதை ஆங்கிலத்தில் OMing என்கின்றனர்.

இந்த வகையான தியானத்தைப் போதிக்கப் பல தியான நிலையங்களும் இருக்கிறதாம்.

51 வயதான அமெரிக்க நடிகை கரென் லோர் ஒரு நாளில் தான் பதினொரு தடவை இந்த மாதிரி உச்ச உறவின்பத்தைப் பெறுகிறாராம். உச்ச உறவின்பம் (Orgasm) பல பாலியல் வல்லுனர்கள் ஆய்வு செய்ததுண்டு. பல பெண்கள் வாழ்நாளில் சில தடவைகள் மட்டுமே இந்த இன்பத்தை பெறுவார்களாம். பத்தில் ஒரு பெண்கள் இதை அனுபவித்ததே இல்லை என்கிறார்கள் பாலியல் ஆய்வாளர்கள்.

In a video of a class, one 'student' called Rachel said she was told at the age of 25 that she could not orgasm but disproved the diagnosis having attended orgasmic meditation classes. ‘Orgasmic meditation (OM) is a practice done between two people that has no goal, except to feel what is happening in the moment,’ says Daedone. ‘OM is not about climax (yes, orgasm and climax are different). It’s about expanding the most pleasurable part of orgasm.’
With practise, Daedone claims women can enjoy waves of orgasmic pleasure, while the man gets the satisfaction of definitively locating the ‘magic button’ and watching the woman he loves surrender to his touch (and, going by the number of men at the workshop, that’s motivation enough).
But for serious OMers there’s more (here comes the spiritual part). Daedone says that in the fully turned-on woman, the heart, head and vagina form a live circuit, powering everything else in their life.
‘OM becomes positive energy you can divert into any area of your life that you choose,’ she says. ‘From your relationship to your career and your ambitions for the future.’
The OM workshop is just the start of OneTaste’s Turn On campaign around Britain. Couples are welcome but in our group we were far outnumbered by attractive singletons in their twenties and thirties (men and women in equal numbers) with enquiring minds.
