சிலையொன்றின் கொலைப் புன்னகை

மலையையும் சாய்க்கும் நிலைகுலைக்கும்

போதை தலைக்கேறும் உடல் தட்டுத் தடுமாறும்

கட்டியணைக்கத் கைகள் அங்கு துடிதுடிக்கும்

ஒட்டி உறவாடி உதட்டோடு உதடிணைத்து

ஆனந்தத் தேன் பருக உள்ளம் தவிக்கும்
நீளும் நாவோடு நாவுரசி விளையாடும்
கைவிரல்கள் உடலெங்கும் மரதனோடும்

உன் உடலெங்கும் என் உதடு போகும் ஊர்கோலம்

அதிர்வலையும் எதிர்வினையும்

முனகல் வார்த்தைகளாய் வடியும்

உன் உச்சி முதல் உள்ளங்கால் வரை
உதடுகள் போடும் காமக் கோலங்கள்

ஆங்காங்கே போடும் பற்குறிகள்

தாங்கா உணர்வலைகள் பொங்கிவழியும்

தூங்கா இரவொன்று குறுகும்

கட்டியணைது இணைந்த கைகள்
நாணத்தின் அணையுடைக்கும்
காமத்தின் வெள்ளம் கரை புரண்டோடும்

 River of Lies

The souls of three hundred thousands
Still wanders around for justice
Drifted by river of lies
Flows from Colombo to New York
Via beautiful Geneva
To submerge the killing fields

Some pressed; some praised
Some paid tribute; some pilloried
Some want accountability
Some commended; some deplored
Some want prosecution; some want reconciliation
But the river of lies flows freely
Coupled with the wind of vague promises

The river of lies keep on flowing
To cover the word devolution
With a new word called reconciliation
A new word will emerge
To submerge that too
